Supervision

Psychotherapeutic supervision serves to further develop personal, reflective, and social competence in the areas of education, profession, and career. This can involve examining institutional structures, clarifying professional roles or tasks, and addressing issues related to interactions with colleagues, superiors, employees, clients, or customers. The goal is to restore or expand their professional competence.
