Information
For an initial appointment, you are welcome to call me or send me an email. The personal first meeting is meant for getting to know each other. You can see if you feel comfortable with me and if we could work together. There is plenty of space to express your concerns and goals as well as to clarify any questions. I will give you an insight into the therapy method and the framework (such as setting, treatment, costs, etc.). At the end of the conversation, or at a later time, you can decide whether you would like to start psychotherapy with me.
Duration and frequency
A regular therapeutic session in an individual setting lasts 50 minutes and usually takes place once a week. Depending on the goal and topic, psychotherapeutic processes can vary in length.
Costs for Psychotherapy
The cost is € 120 for a 50-minute individual session.
The current subsidies from the statutory health insurance funds are:

The processing of the application for a cost subsidy from the health insurance company is charged at €60.00; this amount is also partially refunded by the health insurance companies.

A prerequisite for a cost subsidy is the presence of a so-called clinically significant disordersince the insurances only pay for the treatment of pathologies. A diagnosis according to the WHO's International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) is required for this.
In addition, you will need, at the latest before the second psychotherapy session, a confirmation that you have undergone a medical examination and that psychotherapy is indicated in your case. The examination can be carried out at your general practitioner's office.
Costs for supervision
The cost is € 135,00 for a 50-minute individual session. The cost is not reimbursable by health insurance.

After each session you can pay in cash or with credit card.

Confidentiality
According to § 15 of the Psychotherapy Act, I am obliged to maintain comprehensive confidentiality. This confidentiality extends beyond the conclusion of the psychotherapy.
Cancellation policy
An agreed appointment is reserved for you and can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. I ask for your understanding that if you cancel later or fail to cancel, I will charge the full fee.
